Returns and Exchanges

Return or exchange requests are accepted only in the following cases:• The item is proven to be damaged or defective upon delivery.• The incorrect item was sent.If you change your mind or are not satisfied with the product upon delivery, you may exchange it immediately with the same courier, provided the product is unopened and in perfect condition. Delivery fees for the returned product will be charged again. International orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once shipped, unless the shipment is proven to be defective upon delivery.

Customers can submit a return or exchange request directly through their account on the website by: 1. Logging into their account 2. Accessing their order history 3. Selecting the relevant order 4. Choosing Return or Exchange 5. Uploading clear photos of the product with a brief description for review All requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order. Approved requests will be reviewed and processed within 5–7 business days from the date of submission. Any approved refund amount will be issued as non-transferable store credit to the customer's account wallet on our website, excluding delivery fees. This balance can be used for future purchases and has no expiration date
